I have diagnosed Polyfragment Dissociative Identity Disorder.

This is different from OSDD1, because I have severe amnesiac barriers between my alters.

It is different from regular DID, because my splits are frequent "fragments" suited to one small job or holding one small memory, and not whole alters with complex purpose. This means that I am better than other types of systems at recognizing the signs, and experienced at quickly integrating fragments.

It also means that the list of fragmented fictional introjects I have integrated or am attempting to integrate is a mile long.

If it feels excessive to you, know that it is worse for me. If it feels unfair to you to have me ignore or filter out so many things you like, know that it is exhausting for me to have to police my friends on and worry about seeing anyway.
